Error in Visual Builder loading page in page designer

Summary: Hi! I get the error attached in this question when I am in emp self service for benefits, it's the initial page that shows the summary. On the page designer tab it gives an error and doesn't preview the page along with showing error. Anyone know what the issue could be?
