Unable to delete Redundant Period mappings in Data Exchange

Hi Team,
We have some redundant period mappings which we create previously but not useful as we changed the period mapping naming convention and have potential once. We have delete most of the rows..

But few were saying it has data in workbench, we have thoroughly checked for all the integrations, but could not find the data in any of the integration's workbench.

Due to those mappings, our multi-period data loads are wrongly loading.

I there any way to trace the integrations has data for those periods.
