We couldn't find any matching positions (Redwood)

After enabling the "Full Profile" option for positions, we are no longer able to search for any positions in the environment.

We attempted the following steps:

  1. Ran the ESS job: "Create Index Definition and Perform Initial Ingest to OSCS"
    • Index Name Reingested: fa-hcm-position
  2. Verified the availability of the Search Cloud Service by submitting the ESS process: "Check Search Cloud Service Availability"
  3. I resubmitted the index creation and ingestion process as mentioned above.

Administrator Profile Values:

  • ORA_FND_SEARCH_EXT_ENABLED → Yes
  • HRC_ELASTIC_SEARCH_ENABLED → Y
  • PER_SEARCH_LOGIN_EVENT_PUB → ATOM

Despite these steps, the issue persists, and the position search is still not working.
