Approve absences when approve timecard

Summary:

We want any absences on a time card to be approved when the time card is approved.

We have absences set to Read Only on the time card because we want employees to have to submit them via the Absence Module (request an absence). We are using the Timecard Approval Rule. The below image from Oracle documentation (Doc ID 2775269.1) indicates that this should work, the line in red (under Timecard Approval Rule) shows that when a Time Card in Submitted status has absences on it in Awaiting Approval status, that the Time Card is Approved, the absence status should now be Approved (along with the time card). But for us, Absences are NOT being approved when the Time Card is approved.
