WMS Cloud Label Designer Print Preview PDF Won't Open

Summary:

Cloned the IB Shipment LPN we are using to make a slight change and clicked print preview which generated a PDF in my download folder. Unable to open it with Adobe, Bing, or Chrome. Appears to be a corrupt PDF. I also tried in our production environment to print preview our other labels and none of them worked.
