"Finally closed" po line not exists in "uninvoiced receipt accrual report"

Summary:

Create PO and add "Accrue at period end" lines

PO line fully/partial received

No invoice created

Change the PO line status manually to "Final Closed"

Run "Create Uninvoiced Receipt Accruals"

Then Run "Uninvoiced Receipt Accrual Report" to make sure that the AP Accrual for this Period end line cleared and will not appear next month, but the line not exists in the report
