Using Complex PO with progress schedules

I understand the limitation on updating the rate (price) for a line where a work confirmation exists for that line.

However the application pevents any rate change on a schedule for ALL lines on the PO, as soon as the first work confirmation is submitted.

E.g.

• Two lines on PO with rate based schedules
  • Work confirmation created for line 1 and approved
  • Try and update price on line 2 and receive the error
