Filter Existing absences for employee

Summary:

We have a requirement where we a certain absence type which can only be added by either Line Manager or Admins on behalf of employees. Further this leave type added by admins or manager should not be visible to the employee under "Existing Absences" section. Please let me know if this kind of a requirement is feasible to configure in Oracle Absence Management Cloud
