Can we trigger an App Driven OIC using Webservice for Multi-Row attribute groups

Summary:

We developed an App Driven OIC integration and created one Webservice to trigger the OIC URL.

We are invoking this Webservice from the item rule when User add values in an attributes and click on Save button -

The problem is Attribute Group is a Multi-Row attribute group. So, User may add more than one row at a time and save. This whole scenario is working fine when User is adding one row in the Muti-Row attribute groups and save.
But when User is adding more than one row at a time and click on save button, Webservice is triggering with only one row. We are not able to fetch the all the values for the Multirow attribute which were newly added.
