OTM REST API ACL for CapacityLimit

I'm trying to run a GET command on the Capacity Limit & Capacity Usage tables under the Power Data of REST API.

I keep getting "HTTP 403 Forbidden" error, I'm unable to figure out which REST ACL I need to include for my user ID so that I can run this GET API, please help.
