Migration to Enhanced Time and Absence Integration
Summary:
We did not move to the Enhanced Time and Absence Integration in 23B, as we do not have Time & Labor, so assumed it wasn't relevant. We've now received the email from Oracle advising that this will become the default with 25B and that it affects customers with Absence Management only too. We have a few concerns, especially as this is now being applied so soon and without much opportunity to test. Is someone from Oracle able to help with our queries below please, to give us some assurances around what this integration will do?
- The guidance states that it will not be possible to change absence entries before the migration cut-off date - does this include open ended absences? E.g. if there is an open ended maternity leave entry that was entered before the cut off date, will it not be possible to edit it to add the end date?
