    Some reports are displaying the "Alias table (Name)" instead of the expected "Alias table (Default)," even though the reports are configured to use the default alias table. Despite configuring the two available options correctly within the report settings (as per the below screenshots), the output still shows the "Name" alias table rather than the intended default one:
