Can we change the name of "Item Description" on a smart form?

We would like to know if we could change the name of "Item Description" which is found in Procurement> Catalogs> Manage Smart Forms. Currently we have a smart form, Amount Only, and for the Item Description we would like it to say only "Description." Is this possible?

In other words, we want to remove the word Item highlighted below in red and leave it only displaying Description.
