Unable to remove Description from Key Flexfield off Page in an HR screen linked to Projects & Grants

Summary:

We have a Key Flex field built into our Assignment Details in HR- Person Mangement that was linked to Projects and Grants. We no longer utilize PG and want to disable this field from all screens. However, when I disable the flex field, the description for it is still on the page (value disabled.) How do we remove it entirely? I noticed that the description for the flex field is also linked to Page attributes in HCM design studio and looks like it wants us to hide it from each page where the page attribute is. Is there a way
