Interclass UOM and Intraclass UOM incorrect calculation in Sales and Operations Planning Table

We have a requirement to translate an item from GB to eaches and then to PB in sales and operations planning. We have set this up using an interclass UOM conversion and an intraclass UOM conversion, please see example below. The calculation is not displaying correctly using format measures in my S&OP table, what are possible reasons this calculation is incorrect?
