Add Retry Invoke for No Project Integrations in OIC

Description (Required):

Straight and simple request: Enable "Retry Logic to Invoke Connections in Projects" for Integrations/Orchestrations that do not belong to a project.
Link to existing logic:

Bonus: Give better names to the actions created by the "Add Retry Logic". Instead of "AssignVars_i0" name the Assign as "InitRetryInvokeVars_i0". For While from "InvokeService_i0" to "RetryAttempts_i0". Route1 from "RetriesRequires_I0" (that name, really?) to "AvailableRetries_I0"

I do not have my integrations/orchestrations in Projects and I need re-try functionality for most of my 200+ active integrations. Many of my Fusion ERP to WACS integrations need re-try
