scrap percentage in costing is different from scrap % calculated in work order performance OTBI

Summary:

Hi we noticed that scrap percentage in work order performance OTBI is showing scrap quantity/total batch quantity.

However the scrap percentage in the review work order cost is not always the same as what's calculated in the work order performance OTBI.

Does anyone know why this is happening and how this issue can be resolved?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

For example, below work order completed qty = 183.113, scrap quantity =6.815, total batch quantity = 183.113 +6.815 = 189.928

So scrap percentage = 6.815/189.928 = 3.588202%. This matches with what I see in the OTBI work order performance real time subject area.

However, in review work order cost, it shows this work order has scrap percentage of 66.65. Why is that? More than half of the input cost now become scrap.
