How can I "update" the Collaboration Messaging connection to OBN to use a previous instance?

edited May 8, 2025 11:37PM in Purchasing 1 comment

Summary:

My Customer is in the Implementation phase and has performed the appropriate Collaboration Messaging setups and OBN setups to send POs to Suppliers via OBN and receive Invoices via OBN from Suppliers.

We would only like to have 1 Test Connection to OBN at a time.

We previously performed the Collaboration Message Setups for the TEST instance. (OBN was then connected to TEST.) Then we performed the Collaboration Messaging setups for the DEV1 instance. (OBN was then connected to DEV1, not TEST.)

We would like to go back and "point" OBN to TEST.

However, when I go to Manage Collaboration Messaging Service Providers, select Oracle Business Network, and Manage Connections, I no longer see a) the Host Name of Environment Configured on Network and b) the option to enter a Cloud Username and Password.

Howdy, Stranger!
