purchaseOrderSchedules API returns Update is not supported

Summary:

Am using the unpublished close schedules spreadsheet obtained from here (https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/550738/how-to-mass-close-po-schedules-using-the-oracle-visual-builder-add-in-for-excel) and attempted to set some schedules to CloseForReceiving but am getting an error that indicates status of Update Failed and message of "Update is not supported". I am able to set the status to Close, CloseForInvoicing, and FinallyClose but not CloseForReceiving. I also verified on one of the lines that failed importing that I am able to manually set the close status to Closed for Receiving. Based on the consolidated error that is being received it appears that the three statuses that succeeded are "Action" rows
