Donation Pool Setup

Summary:

I know Donation Pool functionality was released a months back but can someone help me understand the full setup for it? I know we have to creation Donation type plan and smake the donation type as 'pool'. After that, what are the steps?

Also can someone help me understand the E2E workflow? My client is interested in this but they want a PoC so want to ensure my understanding is correct. I see something is handled by Payroll at element level - can someone also describe this further?
