Can we send the Contracts for Signature using Docusign integration to users not created in Oracle

We have a requirement to send the contracts for signature using DocuSign functionality but the Signors are not created in the system and needs signature from the signatories not configured in oracle. Is this allowed currently? Please confirm ASAP
