Trigger notifications on individual contracts when end date is approaching

Hello,

As of today, we do have a functionality to enable notifications on expiration at contract type level.

Is there any way to trigger a notification on individual contracts irrespective of the contract type, by considering the end date inserted during the contract creation only ?
