Purchasing Documents creation using Webservice in Oracle Fusion cloud.

We have a requirement for the below mentioned in Oracle Fusion cloud.

Once after Negotiation awarded in oracle fusion the outcome document (Purchase order/Blanket purchase Agreement) need to be created in EBS. In order to achieve this we are looking for option which we have already in oracle by selecting Export using Web service in Configure Procurement Business Functions setup.

please provide us your inputs on how to proceed with this webservice option to create purchasing documents in external systems.
