Getting deadlock while loading the data in ASO cube

Summary:

We have a scenario where we need to load the actual data from Oracle ERP using flat files in to EPM.
as it is only for reporting purpose we are directly loading them in ASO cube.

and as we have multiple large files with multi column to load we are using batch to execute them in parallel.

sometimes it is going good and some times it is not failing with the below error

"java.sql.BatchUpdateException: java.sql.BatchUpdateException: ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource"
