Redwood Procurement: Hide some Options in a dropdown/LOV of a field.

Summary:

Can we hide some options in a dropdown/LOV of a field using VBS or any other tool in Redwood pages?

For Example-

We would like to hide some options (Goods billed by Quantity) in the Item Type dropdown in Procurement Redwood Page. Navigation → Procurement → Self Service Procurement → Create Noncatalog Request.

Can anyone please share how can we achieve this in VBS?
