Approvers not able to view current and proposed details for Change Assignment

Hi Experts!

We have an issue with approver unable to view Current and Proposed Details in Approval work flow notification for Change Assignment.

Could you please advise do we required any specific privileges to our custom role to view the information. Current and proposed details only pulling roles details

Example: Line manager submitted Assigned Change for department and locations. However, approver received to view only for roles not the changes information in approval work flow.
