When is VBS due an upgrade for 25B?

Our dev pod has had 25B and I'm looking at enabling a feature to 'Disable the Inactivate Button' on the personal payment method screen. However It seems I cant do it in VBS?

I assume its because the VB application is still on 25A?

It doesn't seem to be prompting me to upgrade yet? Do we know when this is due to be upgraded?
