What are transaction types would system considered for the Min Max Policy Profile

We are currently in the process of implementing the Min-Max Planning feature and would like to understand a few specific functionalities related to how the system handles historical demand calculation.

Could you please help clarify the following:

1. Which transaction types does the system consider when calculating historical demand for Min-Max quantity calculations?
2. In the case of a newly created item, how does the system determine the historical demand, especially if no prior transactions exist?
