Migrating changes implemented in 25B environment to 25A environment in RSSP

Summary:

Hi ,

We have done few changes in RSSP in our DEV environment which is upgraded to 25B . However , now we want to move those changes to test environment which is not upgraded yet and is still on 25A. Can it be deployed without any failure? If not then , can we export the workspace from our DEV environment and import it in test environment and from there publish it? Will it cause any issue ?
