Hide Renew/Modify Actions

Summary:

We have the requirement to hide certain actions in the subscription workbench based on the selected Transaction Type in commerce. When the Transaction Type is set to Amendment, the Modify action should be available, and the Renew action should be hidden. Conversely, when the Transaction Type is Renewal, only the Renew action should be available. Is there a standard method to implement this?
