In EPBCS, Deleted member showing up calc manager rule. Doesnt exist in Smartview or planning.

Summary:

In EPBCS, I have deleted a member and refreshed the Database. I confirmed that the member is not available in Smartview. . However , when I try to run the calc manager rule,, it is still finding the member. How is it possible?
