What are the ESS Jobs in Order Management that need to run Frequently and how often

Summary:

We are currently implementing Order Management and our implementing partner has scheduled 11 ESS jobs running every 5 minutes. We are questioning whether it is normal to run said jobs with that interval. Below are the ESS Jobs:
