Is it possible to write action chain on seeded HCM Redwood page?

Summary:

We have a requirement to populate a value set of a seeded Redwood field from a REST API call.

Can we do it?

When I checked the page it only allowed me to write display rules and nothing else.

Navigation: My client group > Positions > Add position
