Dynamic calc member prediction is not working in Data Form

I am trying to run prediction for Dynamic Calc members in data form. Have created a WhatIf scenario and as per oracle documentation, have tagged the

HSP_DYN_PREDICT

UDA to that scenario.

Trying to predict the numbers based on Actuals, have taken only one dynamic member in the form. But data form is not opening and throwing error as below.
