Subinventory not showing in dropdown upon item receiving

When we try and receive transfer orders into a newly created organization, we can't see any visible sub-inventory. If left blank it gets received in but sits in Receiving.

Sub inventories are ok and selectable for the following:

• creating a miscellaneous transaction
• doing a sub-inventory transfer
• receiving a sales order

Can you help check what could be missing or the issue?
