Example:

Shipment 1: pickup A - delivery B
Shipment 2: pickup A - delivery C - NFR A

In the dist_from_prev_stop of the shipment stop pickup A of shipment 2, we find the distance traveled from the previous stop, and in the transit distance of the work assignment, we find the sum of the transit distance between delivery B of shipment 1 and pickup A of shipment 2 + the distance from the NFR stop A of shipment 2, which was not previously the case.
