Handling custom scheduled programs during the Quarterly maintenance window?

Summary:

We found few programs whose scheduled run times are falling in our Quarterly 25B production down time window.

So would like to check, if Oracle put On hold automatically for these programs and resume the execution ,post the maintenance downtime?
