HIDE WITHDRAW BUTTON at offering level

Hi Team,

We do have a requirement to remove withdraw option button at offering level when someone is enrolled from course level with required assignment or initiative or required.

Although the offering level is voluntarily , we need to remove that withdraw button.

Is there any possibilities of doing that.
