Configuring Lot Number Generation to Prevent Duplication Across Inventory Orgs

When automatically generating lot numbers during inventory receiving (such as when using the Receive Expected Shipments screen) we would like to ensure that the numbering takes into account lot numbers used in other inventory organizations, in order to avoid duplication across organizations.
However, it is acceptable for lot numbers to be duplicated across different items.
Is there a way to achieve this configuration ?

We were not able to achieve this using the following inventory organization settings.
