What is standard Practice to maintain the Price list in fusion

Summary:

Currently we are updating end date to existing charge entry and adding new charge entry with new price for an item, but we are facing the issue while doing GET call to fetch the open charge entry for an item, if there are more than 24 charges defined then there is a limitation because of which we are only seeing 24 charges for each item and open charge entry is no part of the output hence we are not able to end date that open charge entry since we are not getting the charge id in response for that open
