How can we restrict the edit button in personal details page based on employee country

in Visual Builder Studio for HCM

Summary:

We have a requirement to hide the edit button under demographic info and biographical info in personal details redwood page for an Turkey employee. We checked it through VBCS, with page properties we can hide the edit button for biographical info section but it will be hidden for all employees. Can we restrict it based on employee's country?

Does anyone came across such scenario?
