Is it possible to make working hour field visible?

Summary:

I am trying to make the working hours field visible in Employment information, so it reflects the value that you can currently find in person management (see below and highlighted)

However, I made all the working hours fields visible in VBStudio, but it is is still just showing the derived standard working hours (75 bi weekly), not the working hours of 15 bi weekly. Is this currently possible?
