How can i get currency report to show currencies and the exchange rate against a particular currency in OTBI.

I know I can get it through BIP report but i need it in OTBI as I do further calculations with some other OTBI.

Which subject area would give me say last 3 months of average exchange rates as a table?

Currently by using transaction amount in project currency and rate, i am able to produce something as below, but sometimes there is no transactions for the currency i need (VUV) so it falls a part.
