Disable email notification for all Application Administrators

We would like to disable the email notifications that are sent to all the application administrator as we receive a lot of Bulk update related notifications. This seems really annoying (received about 800 emails in 10 days), yes we do use outlook rules to filter this out.

The only way out that was suggested is to use a mail id in the "Notification Emails for Bulk Uploads and Scheduled Data Table Export" field in the setting option. This would still send the report to some user.
