When using Budget ADFDI spreadsheet,Parent Roll up Header is also shoiwng in the Account Segment LOV

Budget ADFDI is showing Roll up header also in lov ie Parent accounts which has been enabled for allow budgeting as No

but this is not the case in other ADFDI templates
