Health and Safety can we view Incident directly from My client group

Summary:

Hi Team,

Incident needs to be deleted as those were created for testing purpose. Those incidents are showing on health and safety report but when we access incident from My client group →health and saferty → safety incident, then only 2 tincident showing up irrespective of the filter. Can any one please help how we can access all incident from My client group →health and saferty → safety incident navigation and delete them
