Customize validation and warning message in pick confirm page

Hi Team

We have two staging subinventory, if pick from A/B/C subinventory, then use stage1 subinventory.

If pick from D/E/F subinventory, then use stage2 subinventory.(Due to cost calculation requirement)

To aviod user violate this rule, we want to add the validation and give warning message.

Do you have any suggestion?
