    One of our client has requested database logs for the FCCS application. We have informed them that FCCS is a SaaS application fully managed by Oracle, and therefore, we do not have direct access to the underlying database or it's change logs.

    While we do have access to application-level audit logs that track user activity within the FCCS interface, the client is specifically requesting database-level logs. Is there any way to obtain these database change logs?
