Shipment status via integration is not matched for 1st shipment

Summary:

When shipment status event is received via transmission,the related shipments is determined by a Integration Saved Query. If ISQ fetches 8 shipments, all the shipments are correctly updated in the transmission page sequentially.

But first shipment matched is missing the event association, and also one of the other shipment was matched to this event twice.

Has any one of you faced this issue with ISQ.
