The organization that appears in pending transactions without an access set

in Inventory Management

The access set of the user iremhayrat@kahvedunyasi.com is not defined. I cannot select the organization 10002 from the filters. This part is correct, but when I delete the organization in the filter, it can also see organizations for which it is not authorized. How can this be resolved?
